Abstract

مشاركة المرأة الرجل في المجتمع في ضوء السنة النبوية "دراسة موضوعية" إعداد الطالب : حذيفة محمد موسى اسليميه إشراف الدكتور: نادر عوض سلهب - حفظه الله -. تناول هذا البحثموضوع مشاركة المرأة الرجل في المجتمع في ضوء السنة النبوية, فهو يبحث في جانب مهم من جوانب الحياة الاجتماعية التي هي عصب الحياة، وبسبب وجود الجمعيات النسوية, والمنظمات الدولية, ودعاة الغرب الذين يدعون صراحةً إلى الانحلال الخُلقي باسم حرية المرأة, جمعتُ في دراستي الأحاديث النبوية المبثوثة في كتب السنة والتي تُعنى بموضوع مشاركة المرأة الرجل في المجتمع ورعاية مصالحها, وبينت المنهج النبوي في الاهتمام بالمرأة من المصادر الأصيلة التي يمكن الاستفادة منها, وعزوت الأحاديث النبوية إلى مظانها, من خلال الاعتماد على المنهجين الاستقرائي والتحليلي. وتحدثتهذه الدراسةعن المجالات الكثيرة التي شاركت فيها المرأة الرجل, لكن ضمن ضوابط وحدود, فتحدثت عن أهم هذه الضوابط, وتحدثت هذه الدراسة عن المجالات القليلة التي لم يأذن الشارع الحكيم للمرأة أن تشارك فيها مع الرجل, وما هي مبررات عدم الإذن لهن في هذه المجالات. ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة أن الإسلام كان وما زال محافظاً على حقوق المرأة ولم يظلمها قيد أُنملة, ولم يهضم حقها أو يُهَمِّشَها كما تدعي المنظمات النسوية والجمعيات الغربية, وسيبقى الإسلام محافظاً على حق المرأة إلى أن يرث الله الأرض ومن عليها. واشتملت هذه الدراسة على ما يأتي:الفصل الأول: مشاركة المرأة الرجل في الفقه في ضوء السنة النبوية, ويشمل على مبحثين :المبحث الأول:- مشاركة المرأة الرجل في العبادات في ضوء السنة النبوية. المبحث الثاني:- مشاركة المرأة الرجل في المعاملات في ضوء السنة النبوية. الفصل الثاني: مشاركة المرأة الرجل في خدمة المجتمع وتقوية الروابط الأسرية في ضوء السنة النبوية. ويشمل على ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول:- مشاركة المرأة الرجل في الدعوة إلى الله وإلقاء السلام في ضوء السنة النبوية. المبحث الثاني:- مشاركة المرأة الرجل في الاحتفالات والزيارات في ضوء السنة النبوية. المبحث الثالث:- مشاركة المرأة الرجل في الطب في ضوء السنة النبوية. الفصل الثالث: مشاركة المرأة الرجل في الأحوال الشخصية وأمور الدولة في ضوء السنة النبوية. ويشمل على ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول:- مشاركة المرأة الرجل في الأحوال الشخصية في ضوء السنة النبوية. المبحث الثاني:- مشاركة المرأة الرجل في الأقضية في ضوء السنة النبوية. المبحث الثالث: مشاركة المرأة الرجل في السياسة في ضوء السنة النبوية. Abstract Participation ofWomen and men in society "An Objective study in the light of the Sunnah" Set up: Student: Hadifa Mohamed Moussa Eslemé Supervision: Dr. Nader AwadSalhab. This research looks at the issue of participation between women and men in the light of Sunnah, which is a crucial aspect of social life. The importance of this research that it comes in the time when Women Societies, International Organizations, and those who ask for the implementation of Western ideas that blankly call for the moral corruptions under the motto "Freedom of Women". This research study sought to collect all Prophetic Hadiths that exist in the Sunnah books, which look at women-men participation in the society. The research also explored the Prophetic approach in caring about women, from authentic resources, taking into account the validity and reliability of Prophetic Hadiths. This study used Inductive and Analytical approaches. This research study explored the areas of women-men participation, within specific conditions and regulations. It also showed the areas and conditions in which women are not allowed by Islamic Law to participate with men, with evidence and justification. The research findings show that Islam has always preserved the rights of women, and that it has never denied their rights as Women and International Societies claim. Islam will always guarantee the rights of women until the Day of Judgement. The study included the following: Section One was about women men participation in the light of Prophetic Sunnah, which contains two parts: firstly, women participating men in worships in the light of Sunnah. Secondly, women participating men treatment in the light of Sunnah. Section two was about women participation with men in civil service and enhancing family ties in the light of Prophetic Sunnah. This section contains three parts: the first researched women men participation in Dauaa for Allah and salam greetings in the light of Sunnah. The second researched women participating men in festivals and visits in the light of Prophetic Sunnah. The third part looked at women participation with men in medication in the light of Sunnah. The last section looked at women participation with men in personal affairs and state issues in the light of Sunnah. It contains three topics: the first studied women participation with men in personal affairs in the light of Sunnah. The second researched women participating with men in judiciaries in the light of Sunnah. The last topic was about women participation with men in politics in the light of Sunnah.
